 Where did your journey in the beauty industry begin?

My journey began 5 years ago, I loved the beauty so I went to collage and studied. 

 

What makes your salon so successful?

I think what makes my salon so successful, is of course hard work, but I always try and make my clients feel  welcomed, important and understood. 

I always like to allow enough time for every client and make their experience exceptional and individual to their needs. 

 

Which Esthemax product could you not live without?

My absolute top 3 jelly masks are, intensive aftercare, sheep’s placenta, and cica complex, the good stuff spray and charcoal cleaner. Are my go to products and I always have them in salon. 

 

If there was some advice you could give an up and coming therapist, what would you tell them?

I think my biggest advice is, never forget what it feels like to be the client, persistence and patience are key, Rome wasn’t built in a day and definitely find what you are good at and specialise in that. 

 

How did your business change after you introduced Esthemax?

My salon completely changed!! The hydro jelly masks took me from steady to completely booked out 4 weeks in advance. My clients absolutely love all of the mass they are crowdpleaser and unlike anything I’ve ever use the results are straight away
